条框模：介于实心模和空心模之间的一种模具，由于热弯玻璃过程中有热滞后现象，制品很容易弯过头；它的制作相对于实心模来说较为简单，对热弯操作要求也较低。

热弯玻璃，是由平板玻璃加热软化在模具中成型，再经退火制成的曲面玻璃。

1． 标准严格 目前，我国尚未出台针对U型钢化玻璃的标准，U型玻璃如果想获取CCC认证，必须遵照国标《建筑用安全玻璃：钢化玻璃》。由于国标测试方法主要针对平板玻璃，U型玻璃想通过测试，必须沿用平板玻璃全套测试方案，从固定方式、夹具合规、特殊量具校准来说，对U型玻璃都是不小的挑战

弯钢玻璃是将玻璃通过预处理加工（切磨成所需尺寸）再加热到软化温度，然后靠自重或外界作用力将其弯曲成型并经自然冷却后制成所需的弧形玻璃。

Hot bending / bending steel glass is heated to the softening temperature by pre processing (cut into the required size) and then bending by self weight or external force to make the required arc glass after natural cooling.
